Did you hear? It’s Giving Tuesday!

Of course you’ve heard – we know you’ve probably already been inundated with requests for donations today, from a number of worthy organizations. If you’re so inclined, we encourage you to give to the ones whose missions align best with your own priorities.

And if a strong community and strong democracy are among those priorities, we hope you’ll consider giving to the Henrico Citizen in support of our mission to provide fair, meaningful coverage of Henrico County – because a smarter Henrico is a better Henrico.

You can contribute in one of several ways:

• Make a tax-deductible contribution through Report for America to support the position of our full-time education reporter Anya Sczerzenie.

• Join the Citizen Collective, our new membership program, and receive a number of benefits (including at the top level, the chance to designate a nonprofit to receive 15 days of free advertising with us).

• Make a general recurring or one-time contribution to support our work.
