Supervisors, School Board find harmony in 2-hour meeting

Henrico’s Board of Supervisors and School Board emerged from a two-hour budget review Wednesday in apparent harmony about the future and direction of the school system, two days after four supervisors expressed frustration that they don’t hold any direct oversight powers over the system.
