Playhouses that End Child Abuse

Henrico CASA’s 4th annual Home for Good® playhouse giveaway event is here!
Seven one-of-a-kind playhouses, created by local architects and builders, are now on display at Short Pump Town Center, Libbie Mill Library, and online. These playhouses serve as a timely reminder during Child Abuse Prevention Month that every child deserves a safe, healthy home for good.
The 2024 playhouses are inspired by beloved children’s stories ranging from The Very Hungry Caterpillar to the Magic Tree House series and Disney/Pixar’s Up.
The ‘Change a Child’s Story’ tagline is significant to CASA because it summarizes their work on behalf of vulnerable children as Court Appointed Special Advocates. When Henrico CASA is appointed to help a child who has experienced abuse or neglect, they receive the safety, stability, and support they need to thrive moving into the future. In essence, CASA steps in to say, “this is not how your story will end.”
Donate to Win!
For every $5 donation you make to Henrico CASA now thru April 28, you have a chance to win one of the amazing playhouses! More importantly, your donation will be helping vulnerable children who need a safe adult by their side and an advocate in the courtroom.
Together, We are Building Safe Homes!
With your support, Henrico CASA will continue to build foundations for safe, healthy homes!
