247 people in quarantine following 21 COVID-19 cases at Henrico schools since Feb. 22
Henrico County’s public schools have reported a total of 21 COVID-19 cases since in-person learning began Feb. 22 – 11 at the elementary school level and 10 at the high school level, according to school system data.
Ogburn publicly apologizes for Facebook post
Following a nearly three-hour closed-door meeting Wednesday with her fellow Henrico School Board members, Chair Micky Ogburn apologized publicly for sharing an offensive Facebook post Friday night on her personal Facebook page.
Official: All pre-registered seniors in Henrico have been offered COVID-19 vaccines
All seniors 65 and older in Henrico County and Richmond who had pre-registered for COVID-19 vaccination by last week now have been either partially or fully vaccinated or offered vaccination appointments, according to a Richmond and Henrico Health Districts official.
