Monkeypox vaccine eligibility expands in Virginia
The Virginia Department of Health Thursday expanded eligibility for the monkeypox vaccine to align with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention eligibility criteria.
Feinmel named Henrico’s deputy county manager for public safety
Deputy Henrico Commonwealth’s Attorney Michael Y. Feinmel has been appointed as the county’s deputy county manager for public safety, effective Sept. 10. He will succeed Anthony E. McDowell, who had served in the position since 2018 and was recently named executive director of the new Virginia Opioid Abatement Authority.
