Median home sales price up 8.1% this year in Henrico; 52 post-spring break COVID cases reported in schools, but few quarantines required

Median home sales price in Henrico up 8.1%
The median sales price of a home in Henrico through the first quarter of 2021 was $280,000 – up about 8.1% from the same period last year, according to the March 2021 Home Sales Report from Virginia Realtors.
Statewide, that figure was 11.7% higher when compared with the same period last year, according to the report.
52 post-spring break COVID cases reported in Henrico schools, but few quarantines required
Thirty-three Henrico County public schools reported a total of 52 cases of COVID-19 in the week following the school system’s spring break, but those cases resulted in only 40 people entering quarantine, according to school system data. None of the cases involved transmission within schools, according to the school system.
