Henrico voters to help decide several Virginia House of Delegates candidate nominations June 8
If they haven’t already voted by absentee ballot, some Henrico voters who choose to do so will cast ballots June 8 in either the Democratic or Republican primary elections for one of several Virginia House of Delegates seats.
The Citizen has compiled profiles of each of the candidates involved in the House of Delegates primary elections that involve Henrico. Click each candidate’s name below to read his or her profile.

Black Lives Matter 804, Urban League Young Professionals to hold march in Henrico’s West End June 5
Black Lives Matter 804 and Urban League of Greater Richmond Young Professionals will hold a Community Walk for Justice Saturday, June 5, from noon to 4 p.m., according to event organizers from the two groups.

Henrico’s Top Teachers – Maria Kirtley, Springfield Park Elementary School
Maria Kirtley still remembers the excitement she felt as a student at Gayton Elementary School years ago when, on her birthday, her teacher gave her a pencil with the school’s motto at the time: “Knowledge is power.”
