Henrico surpasses 100,000 vaccinations at Richmond Raceway

Henrico County officials April 3 celebrated the 100,000th vaccination conducted at Richmond Raceway. The milestone moment happened more than two months after efforts began at the complex.

Tom Leonard, a Henrico resident and owner of Tom Leonard’s Farmer’s Market, scored the 100,000th dose.

“I’m very grateful to be here to have my second shot. I feel good about this,” he said.

Henrico Police are seeking the public’s help to locate a missing Henrico teen.

Fifteeen-year-old La’Fae Franklin last was seen Tuesday near the Harvie Road-Laburnum Avenue intersection, walking along Laburnum toward Creighton Road, according to witnesses.
