Henrico Police seek help solving 2018 cold case death
Henrico Police officials are seeking the public’s help to solve the 2018 death investigation of Starquay Spruill, who had been missing nearly a month when her body was found Sept. 3, 2018 inside a large, spray-painted wooden box near the 4100 block of Benton Avenue near Richmond Raceway.
“It looked like a homemade coffin,” said Henrico Police Detective Chris Henry. “It was a plywood box big enough to put a body inside. It was chilling to see.”
