Henrico Police seek 25-year-old Richmond man in connection with Eastern Henrico homicide
Henrico Police are seeking a 25-year-old Richmond man in connection with the murder of a woman in Eastern Henrico Sunday afternoon.
Christopher Leon White, Jr. faces charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in connection with the death of 26-year-old Chardonnay Nicole Gunn, who was found dead in a residence in the 4600 block of Demaree Court (near The Shops at White Oak Village) at 1:30 p.m., June 6.
State grants awarded for dam safety and flood protection in Henrico, elsewhere
Virginia will award $726,000 in grants to support 57 dam safety and flood protection activities around the state, including several projects in Henrico. Grants are provided through the Virginia Dam Safety, Flood Prevention and Protection Assistance Fund. The Virginia Resources Authority manages the fund on behalf of the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation.
