Henrico Planning Commission endorses 55-plus community in West End
After much discussion, the Henrico Planning Commission endorsed a 55-and-up, age-restricted condo community in the Three Chopt District during its June 15 meeting.
The development, tentatively named “The Flats at Mayland,” would occupy 9.4 acres and house 262 condos ranging in size from 1,150 to 1,550 square feet at the northeast corner of Pemberton Road and Mayland Drive.
Henrico Schools, RHHD to host 4 free walk-in vaccination clinics through July 19
Henrico County Public Schools and the Virginia Department of Health’s Richmond and Henrico Health Districts will hold four free walk-in vaccination clinics in June and July.
HCPS middle and high school students can get free vaccinations at the clinics and no reservation is needed.
