A pedestrian was struck in a hit-and-run incident in Eastern Henrico during the evening of Sept. 5, and Henrico Police are seeking the public’s help to identify the driver.
Holiday Barn Pet Resorts turns 50
A passion for dogs and cats (and an idea from a veterinarian friend) prompted former Henrico County music teacher Emerson Hughes and his wife, Kathy, to begin a pet boarding kennel on their farmland in Glen Allen in 1972.
Fifty years later, their original vision for Holiday Barn Pet Resorts lives on – and the business remains in their family.
