Henrico officials dedicate new restroom facility along Virginia Capital Trail in Varina
Henrico County officials and members of the Virginia Capital Trail Foundation May 30 dedicated a new restroom facility at Four Mile Creek Park in Varina that will provide a resting spot for cyclists and others who use the Virginia Capital Trail, which passes through the park just east of I-295.
