Henrico names Pond head of new Department of Emergency Communications
Kevin M. Pond will take control of the Henrico Department of Emergency Communication, which was established as an agency separate from the Division of Police in the 2023-24 budget, which begins July 1.
The department will have 90 staff members and a budget of nearly $9 million in the coming fiscal year.
