Henrico supervisors want seats on GRTC board

A majority of Henrico supervisors Tuesday night expressed in no uncertain terms their desire for Henrico County to receive seats on the GRTC board of directors, which governs the regional transportation company.

GRTC is wholly owned by the city of Richmond and Chesterfield County, each of which appoints three members to the board.
