Virginia DEQ investigating after pharmaceutical, cosmetology substances found dumped in Henrico, Richmond
The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality is investigating after someone dumped multiple large metal drums apparently containing pharmaceutical and cosmetology substances at at least seven locations in Eastern Henrico County and the city of Richmond.
Henrico School Board votes to keep challenged book in elementary school libraries
The Henrico School Board voted unanimously Thursday to follow the recommendation of its Instructional Materials Review Committee and keep a book in elementary school libraries that had been challenged by parents who believe it is inappropriate.
