At least 23 Henrico schools report broken AC units; 15 still need repairs
Air conditioning units were down in at least 23 Henrico schools, with five schools having almost no AC schoolwide, according to a significant number of reports made by school employees this week.

Markel|Eagle partners to develop GreenCity’s residential space
The planned GreenCity eco-district community in Northern Henrico has reached another milestone.
Henrico County, the Henrico Economic Development Authority and Henrico-based Markel|Eagle Partners LLC have agreed to a $35.1-million purchase plan for the 110-acre Scott Farm site on the northern portion of the GreenCity site, through which Markel|Eagle will build the development’s 2,400 residential units and an 80-acre park on the site.
